Every job begins with a comprehensive Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), conducted daily by the project lead and reviewed with the entire crew. This process identifies job-specific tasks, potential hazards, required permits, personal protective equipment (PPE), and risk mitigation measures before work begins. Daily equipment inspections further ensure that all tools and machinery are operating safely and efficiently.
