Cap Pro Broadens its Portfolio with the Acquisition of Flo Power, LLC

Cap Pro, LLC, a locally owned and operated holding company, announced the acquisition of Flo Power, LLC from Mike Dansby. The new entity, formally named Flo Power & Substation Services, Inc., operates in parallel with Electrical Engineering Enterprises, Inc., and is the second Florida founder-owned business added to the family.

Mike Dansby, who founded Flo Power LLC in 2017, has worked in the transformer maintenance industry since 1984. Under his leadership, Flo Power LLC was built on a foundation of trust, consistently earning customer loyalty by doing what is right.

The integration of Flo Power's proven expertise and trusted service in electrical systems with EEE's scalable platform and market reach positions the combined organization to deliver even greater value to customers, partners, and communities.

The acquisition elevated the overall workforce to over 120 employees and expanded the geographical service footprint through the state of Florida and nationally, effective August 5, 2025.
